David Liu, CEO and Co-Founder; Shawn Kerrigan, COO and Co-Founder; Tim Daly, Chief Architect and Co-Founder; Steve Spinner, CFO; and other senior leaders will discuss PlusAI’s business, technology, commercial and operational developments, go-to-market strategy, and business model.

As previously announced on June 5, 2025, PlusAI and Churchill Capital Corp IX (Nasdaq: CCIX) entered into a definitive business combination agreement. The transaction is expected to close in February, subject to stockholder approvals and other closing conditions. Upon completion, the combined company is expected to be listed on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange under the ticker “PLS.”
